In the past 12 months, Bowak has completed the overhaul of its IT infrastructure and systems. The first phase of the project saw the replacement of the servers and all desktop hardware, which was completed in February of this year. The second phase officially went live in April, which marked the end of a six month transformation to an integrated software solution designed specifically for the stockist, distributor and wholesale marketplace.
During the same period, Bowak has established partnerships with Nouveau solutions and OGL Computer to support Bowak's infrastructure and systems respectively.
Head of IT, Ryan Lennard comments;
